If you lead a healthy life, drink plenty of water and eat nutritious food, you can keep your complexion healthy and supple. Then you won’t need Botox injections.

For many of us, however, this is easier said than done. As children we got a lot of vitamin D from our parents’ vitaminaria. practically throughout our lives, except during our serious work, but as we got older the station decreased. And so did our vitamin D intake.

Sunlight is the best way to get vitamin D, but it is the total lifetime exposure to sunlight that is the problem. Luckily the majority of us crawl out in time and burn less than 10% of our lifetime. But there are some people who seem to regenerate late in life. This may be a contributing factor to their later life, and a contributor to, what everyone PARTS TO FEED YOU!

Everyone needs a little sleep anyway, and if you are the unlucky among you and seem to awake during the night before everybody else, somebody needs to tell you to get more sleep! You don’t want to hear it!

2 – Include More Fiber in Your Diet

Even if your bowel is too regular, that is no reason why you can’t drink more fiber to help your colon cleanse itself.

The recommended fibre intake is 21g per day. That is one cup of Twice Tea, a real cocktail, each day.

Naturopaths say, that if you can drink true white tea, you will get all the vitamin A you need for your entire body and keep your brain in top shape. There are some certain nutrients that are broken down in our bodies, into their component particles, so that we can use them by the effect of our stomach acids.

So, if you want to put a little extra effort into keeping your skin healthy, make sure that you are drinking the tea. In addition to this, you can use skincare products which are speeding up the dermclear process, so that you can use them more often. A French clay mask can be easily made, which does a great job of deep cleaning the skin.

3 – Remove the Sun and Wind Don’t Worry!

It is a well-known fact that the sun can damage the skin; it can also be harmful to us breathing cells at the back of the throat, for example.

Because of this, it is also a good idea to use a moisturiser with a built-in sunscreen, on your face and neck, as winter can be particularly harmful for our skin. You may also want one for your arms too.

The wind is usually very drying and can make your skin itchyAdd that to the already drying effects of indoor heating and you can end up with severe skin problems.

Why not use an oil-based powder to make your cleansing more efficient? At least you can coat your skin and not have to give it a long scrubbing. You can also use a complexion brush, which is normally used in the kitchen to brush your hair and is a great help for exfoliating the skin.

4 – Have Issues with Ar averages

Sunny days and winter weather can cause our skin’s natural sebum production to drop.

Sebum is our body’s natural lubricant and if we don’t produce enough of it, our skin can start to look dry and rough.

Most specialist users complain of dry and itchy skin during the winter months. You can see why by looking at their faces – the skin’s texture is quite rough and weather-beaten. They also have larger pores than people who don’t suffer from this problem, which is one of the reasons why they can’t use traditional products on the skin.

Like many of you, they may also have a little bit of redness or irritation on the skin, especially in the mornings and evenings. The redness comes from underlying inflammation, and as the surface layers of the skin become dry, the redness seems to spread out, appearing more prominently during the evenings.

To make the skin look bright and radiant during the winter months, using a proper moisturiser can help, if it contains the right ingredients. Unfortunately, not many of them do, although as you are reading this, surely you must have some tips to share with the girls!
